A care service that comes from practice
PBW Pflegezentrum Berlin West GmbH is an owner-managed home care service in Berlin-Charlottenburg. It is run by Anna Begunkova.
Why we exist
Most people want to grow old in the home where they spent their lives. Whether that works out is often decided not by the diagnosis but by whether someone turns up in the morning. That is exactly why we exist.
We work with a small, consistent team. This is a deliberate choice: people with dementia, anxiety or pain need familiar faces, not changing names on a roster.
Our team consists of state-certified nurses, care assistants and specialists in wound care. We are an approved care service under Section 72 SGB XI and bill all care and health insurance funds.

Clarity about money
Before we start, you receive a written breakdown of what the insurance fund covers and what you pay yourself. No surprises on the invoice.
Reliability
We keep to agreed times. If something comes up, we call before you are left waiting.
