Approved home care service with a supply contract under Section 72 SGB XI. The competent supervisory authority is the Berlin Senate Department for Science, Health and Care, Oranienstrasse 106, 10969 Berlin. The provisions of Book XI and Book V of the German Social Code and the Berlin Residential Participation Act (WTG) apply.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
