Accessibility statement
Our website is aimed at people who often live with reduced sight, hearing or mobility. That is why we build it to be accessible on purpose.
Level of conformance
This website largely conforms to level AA of WCAG 2.2 and the European standard EN 301 549. As a private care company we are not subject to BITV 2.0, which applies to public bodies. We implement the requirements voluntarily, because many of our visitors live with reduced sight, hearing or mobility.
What we have implemented
- Switch between standard view and an easy-to-read view with larger type
- Colour contrasts meet at least level AA of WCAG 2.2
- Full keyboard operation including a visible focus indicator
- Skip link to the main content at the top of the page
- Clear heading hierarchy and labelled form fields
- Reduced animation when set in the operating system
- Click targets of at least 48 pixels in height
- Website available in four languages: German, English, Polish and Russian
Colours and contrast
Body text reaches at least 6.7:1, small text at least 4.8:1, controls and form borders at least 3:1. The requirement is 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for controls. Colour is never the only carrier of information: required fields, the active menu item and error messages are additionally marked by text, underline or symbols.
Testing and status
Tested with automated checks (axe-core, rule sets WCAG 2.0 to 2.2, levels A and AA), a calculated review of all colour combinations, and manual testing with keyboard operation and 200 percent zoom. Status of this statement: August 13, 2026.
Known limitations
Some downloadable documents are not yet fully accessible. On request we will provide the content in an accessible format.
