Only the German version of this page is legally binding.

2. Principle

We process personal data exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website sets no cookies, embeds no advertising networks and creates no user profiles.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files: shortened IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact and contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, email address, message) in order to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries in the context of pre-contractual measures, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Please do not send health data via the form. We discuss such details by phone or in person, because they are a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR.

We delete enquiries as soon as they have been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Job applications

We process application data exclusively to carry out the application procedure on the basis of Section 26 BDSG and Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. After the procedure has ended we delete the documents after six months at the latest, unless you have expressly agreed to longer storage.

6. Fonts and external content

All fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is established. We embed no external maps, videos or social media plugins.

7. Stored display setting

Using the “Easy to read” switch you can choose larger text and stronger contrast. So that this setting is kept for your next visit, your browser stores a single value (standard or easy to read) in the local storage of your device (localStorage). The value contains no personal data and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

The value is only stored when you use the switch yourself and is strictly necessary for this function you requested. It is therefore permitted without consent under Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG. You can delete the value at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Information about the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing (Article 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future

9. Right to lodge a complaint

To exercise your rights, contact the email address stated in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.

10. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise this by the address bar of your browser starting with https.
